Marketing Executive – Strategic Campaigns & Brand Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across corporate and project portfolios. The role will drive integrated campaigns, enhance brand positioning, and support sales objectives through careful planning, coordination and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for projects, including market research, positioning, brand development, advertising, promotion and event management.
• Manage communications, public relations, community consultation and coordinate sales release schedules.
• Oversee supplier management, production execution and maintain day‑to‑day marketing budgets.
• Implement tactical campaigns and act as the primary liaison with the sales team to provide promotional information.
• Collect, monitor and analyse weekly and monthly data on sales, traffic and website performance.
• Track competitor activity and market trends, communicating insights to the team.
• Review and optimise the brand’s onsite and online presence on a regular basis.
• Prepare reports on campaigns, events and other marketing projects.
• Collaborate with external agencies and consultants, including advertising and PR firms.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of core marketing principles and strategy implementation.
• Experience in project or brand marketing, preferably within the property sector.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Project management competence, including critical‑path planning and tight deadline delivery.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
