Medical Representative – Delta Region (Gharbia, Sharkia, Dakahlia)

About the role

Incandesce Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated Medical Representatives for the Delta Region covering Gharbia, Sharkia and Dakahlia. The role involves promoting the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date product and medical knowledge through workshops, publications and professional networks.
• Develop and execute a territory visiting plan, targeting healthcare providers to present Incandesce products.
• Gather and analyse customer medical diagnoses to match product applications and submit timely reports.
• Record all calls, meetings and medical information in the company CRM system according to standards.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team, sharing market intelligence and supporting achievement of sales targets.
• Organise and attend promotional events aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Provide accurate feedback on market activities, sales results and return on investment.

Required profile

• Eligible candidates with a background in pharmacy, medicine or related life‑science fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in the field.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate sales performance and ROI.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
