Mid-Level Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Account Manager to join our Hurghada office and act as the primary liaison between Kinetics Group and its marketing clients. You will develop deep business insight, drive strategic growth, and ensure the successful delivery of multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, providing proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
• Design annual account strategies, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and collaborate with the strategy team on data‑driven proposals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs, brand guidelines, and budget constraints.
• Approve high‑level creative concepts and monitor project timelines, resources, and financial performance.
• Supervise and mentor junior account managers and executives, fostering collaboration across creative, media, content, and development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–4 years of account‑management experience in a marketing, advertising or digital agency, with a proven record of handling high‑value accounts.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to present insights to senior client leaders.
• Excellent client‑facing and presentation skills, with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Currently residing in Hurghada.
