About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Moderator & Telesales Specialist to join our growing team in Fifth Settlement. The role combines customer outreach, lead qualification, and coordination of sales activities to support our real‑estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and capture relevant information.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or real‑estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
