Odoo Implementation Team Leader

About the role

Softobia, a fast‑growing Odoo partner in Egypt, is looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Team Leader to own end‑to‑end ERP projects and build a high‑performing delivery team. You will work on‑site in Nasr City, Cairo, with one remote day per week after the probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Odoo functional consultants, developers, and junior implementers; conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill‑gap analysis.
• Own the full project lifecycle for complex Odoo implementations, from kickoff through go‑live and hyper‑care, managing scope, budget, risks, and timelines.
• Run discovery workshops with C‑level stakeholders, produce GAP analyses, and design ERP blueprints aligned with Odoo best practices.
• Configure Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Projects) using Odoo Studio, server actions, and automated workflows; lead data migration and UAT cycles.
• Serve as the primary client contact, set expectations, deliver training, and ensure post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Odoo functional experience, including 5+ years leading implementations.
• Successfully delivered 20+ end‑to‑end Odoo projects across multiple industries.
• Managed 3‑5 concurrent projects and a team of at least three consultants.
• Odoo Functional Certification v17 or v18 (v16 acceptable with strong portfolio).
