Operator

About the role

As an Operator in the Primary Production plant, you will ensure smooth industrial operations while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will work directly on the shop floor, supporting the production of high‑quality products that meet customer contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all industrial operations in the Primary Production plant following standard operating and maintenance procedures.
• Verify that products comply with customer contract requirements.
• Identify and report production problems promptly.
• Follow SOPs, flow charts, process piping diagrams, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
• Operate and monitor the control board.
• Apply plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or related technical qualification.
• 4‑6 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Control board operation.
• Ability to read and interpret process piping diagrams and P&IDs.
