Outdoor B2B Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor B2B Sales Specialist to drive our expansion in the Egyptian market, focusing on Alexandria and Cairo. The role involves high‑stakes negotiations with interior design firms, architects, hotels, and real‑estate developers, presenting our bespoke sculptural products and securing high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and sales missions targeting interior design offices, finishing firms, hospitality groups, and real‑estate developers.
• Identify, approach, and convert key accounts into long‑term strategic partners.
• Guide clients through product catalogs, material options, customization, and pricing to close deals.
• Present physical material samples and finish catalogs during site visits.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to payment and delivery coordination.
• Produce detailed reports on pipeline status, market feedback, and conversion metrics using CRM/ERP systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of field‑based B2B sales experience in luxury décor, architectural products, or high‑end furniture.
• Proven “hunter” mentality with a track record of securing high‑value contracts.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Alexandria and Cairo; personal vehicle and driver’s licence preferred.
• Established network within interior design, real‑estate development, and hotel procurement sectors.
• Strong confidence presenting to architects, hotel managers, and construction sites.
• Disciplined documentation and transparent reporting habits.
