About the role
The payroll supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee compensation. This role plays a key part in optimizing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and supporting business operations through efficient payroll management.
Key responsibilities
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for personnel documents to ensure legal compliance and audit readiness.
- Administer HR systems for attendance, leave and employee record accuracy.
Required profile
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in payroll.
- Experience managing the administration of outsourced staff is highly preferred.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
- Excel for payroll calculations
