About the role

Connect Homes is seeking an ambitious Primary Real Estate Consultant to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with a solid background in real estate to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, including client meetings, follow‑ups, and closing deals.
• Set weekly and monthly goals, monitor key performance indicators, and report progress.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead‑generation strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months of experience in real estate sales (minimum requirement).
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, preferably in the relevant local area.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to inspire and lead a target‑driven team.
• Presentable, goal‑oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
