About the role
The Procurement Specialist will manage the full procurement cycle for VXI Egypt’s BPO operations, ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing and delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, from sourcing and vendor selection to purchase orders and delivery follow‑up.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and service agreements to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure timely procurement of operational and administrative items to support business continuity.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues and maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) operations.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Support inventory monitoring and purchasing forecasts when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong hands‑on experience with procurement operations and vendor management.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and the Procure‑to‑Pay cycle.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic BPO environment.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
