Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for our construction projects, ensuring that materials, equipment and services are sourced efficiently and cost‑effectively. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support project timelines and maintain high standards of quality.

Key responsibilities

• Receive purchase requisitions from internal departments and translate them into RFQs.
• Identify qualified suppliers, obtain competitive quotations and conduct price comparisons.
• Complete RFQ and approval workflows using DingTalk.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery until completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, warehouse, finance and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Develop new suppliers for construction materials, equipment and MRO items and maintain the supplier database.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery and service.
• Maintain procurement documentation, purchasing records and support contract preparation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of supplier management, evaluation processes and compliance requirements.
