Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our food manufacturing operations. The role focuses on operating and monitoring production lines, maintaining hygiene standards, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient and safe production of juice, dairy, and yogurt products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines according to approved procedures and production plans.
• Accurately record production data and maintain required documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum overall academic grade: Good.
• At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Required skills

• Production line operation.
• Accurate production data recording.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Hands‑on experience with juice, dairy, or yogurt production processes.
