Project Manager (Client‑Facing, A/B Testing)

About the role

The Project Manager is a client‑facing position at the heart of our experimentation practice. You will coordinate high‑impact A/B tests, working across research, strategy, design, development, QA, analytics and client stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Coordination: Lead cross‑functional teams of 5–10 people, ensuring tests progress smoothly from idea to launch and analysis, spotting risks early and removing blockers.
• Strategy & Planning: Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicate the rationale, set expectations and update clients in weekly meetings.
• Energy (“Vibes”): Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clarity, positivity and momentum, especially when projects become busy or complex.

Required profile

• Strong organization and diligence – you love systems, checklists and timelines, and you see tasks through to completion.
• Excellent communication – you over‑communicate, proactively reach out to stakeholders, flag risks early and ask for help when needed.
• High agency and curiosity – you learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, notice patterns and ask insightful questions.
