Project Manager – Construction & Contracting

About the role

Engineering Integrated Systems (EIS) is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead construction and contracting projects in Cairo. The role involves planning, executing and delivering projects on schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve operational issues and report status to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate closely with expediting, logistics and inspection teams.
• Support risk management, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian construction regulations, safety standards and contract requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects, including hospitals, government buildings and commercial complexes.
• Proven experience as a main contractor on large‑scale developments.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project.
• AutoCAD.
• ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP.
• MS Office suite.
• Expediting, logistics management and inspection expertise.
