Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. This role ensures that objectives are met within the defined scope, budget, schedule and quality standards while managing stakeholder expectations and project risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and allocate resources.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate activities across departments, clients, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, control costs and oversee change control processes.
• Communicate status, updates and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation and maintain accurate project records.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 12–14 years of relevant project management experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or RMP are preferred.
