Site Engineer – Aluminium Installation

About the role

The Site Engineer (Aluminium) will work full‑time on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, overseeing aluminium installation activities. You will ensure that all work follows technical drawings, project specifications and safety standards while coordinating closely with project managers and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily aluminium installation tasks and verify compliance with design documents.
• Coordinate with civil and structural engineers, contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor quality control, inspect materials and workmanship, and document progress and variations.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and variation logs.
• Support project planning to meet timelines and contribute to continuous improvement of site processes.

Required profile

• Strong on‑site supervision experience in construction or aluminium installation environments.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with project teams, contractors and clients.
• Knowledge of aluminium systems, construction drawings and relevant building codes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with CAD tools.
• Basic engineering software usage.
