Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager will lead the overall management of our portfolio, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and strong tenant satisfaction. This role combines strategic policy development with hands‑on coordination of services and financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement policies related to property management.
• Coordinate team activities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Supervise budgeting and accounting processes, analyze budgets and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and business partners.
• Manage collection and updating of tenant information, including notices, addresses, turnover rent data, and sales reports.
• Act as liaison with tenants to address operational requests and concerns, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Administer lease and service contracts.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities such as security, cleaning, fire safety, pest control, landscaping, and other services.
• Administer control and reporting systems for all property systems and services.
• Initiate, coordinate, and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Oversee ongoing operational matters to ensure uninterrupted property operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or operational management.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, and subcontractor management.
• Experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities effectively.
