QA/QC Project Manager – Asset Development

About the role

The QA/QC Manager will lead quality assurance and control activities across construction projects, safeguarding the company’s investment by minimizing defects and re‑work. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures compliance with international standards, Egyptian regulations and internal procedures while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for all assigned projects.
• Monitor and evaluate supervision consultants to ensure effective quality control, timely inspections and contract compliance.
• Oversee contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and relevant codes.
• Manage the full QA/QC documentation cycle, ensuring accurate recording, tracking, filing and audit readiness.
• Conduct quality audits, enforce Health & Safety and environmental regulations, and lead corrective action initiatives.
• Facilitate seamless project handover by ensuring all quality records meet client and regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction or real‑estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Building Codes, international quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external consultants.
• Excellent documentation and audit preparation skills.
