QC Inspector – Quality Assurance in Plastic Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a QC Inspector to ensure that our plastic packaging production meets the highest quality, safety and regulatory standards. You will work closely with production, sanitation and engineering teams to monitor processes and prevent any non‑conformities.

Key responsibilities

• Verify compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Monitor the production environment to prevent contamination and uphold hygiene requirements.
• Perform measurements, testing and quality checks at every production stage.
• Control and monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) and oversee cleaning, sanitisation and pest‑control programmes.
• Handle non‑conforming products, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Implement food‑safety, personal‑hygiene and pharmaceutical standards, and apply occupational health and safety procedures.
• Ensure plastic packaging specifications are met throughout production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agricultural Science or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with common office applications.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
