Religious Tourism Tour Operator (Full‑time, Heliopolis)

About the role

Travitell Egypt is seeking a full‑time Religious Tourism Tour Operator to join its Heliopolis office. You will design, organise and manage travel packages focused on religious sites for individuals, groups and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and culturally sensitive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build religious tour itineraries, including accommodations, transport and guided visits.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored travel advice.
• Liaise with local and international partners, negotiate rates and confirm bookings.
• Prepare accurate travel documentation and manage any changes or special requests.
• Coordinate with guides and service providers, monitor trip quality and resolve issues during tours.
• Support marketing initiatives for religious tourism packages.

Required profile

• Experience in travel and tourism operations, preferably with a focus on religious or cultural tourism.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of major religious sites in Egypt and key international pilgrimage destinations.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and ensure service quality.
