Senior Tour Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tour Operator to join our team in Heliopolis. The role involves overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of travel itineraries and tour packages for individual and group clients, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage customized tour itineraries for domestic and international travelers.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers and other suppliers, negotiating rates and contracts.
• Handle tour bookings, monitor reservations and maintain accurate records.
• Provide front‑line customer service, resolve issues during tours and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, pricing and profitability of tour packages.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and develop new product offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tour operations, travel management or related tourism roles.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, itinerary planning and supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
