Remote Sales Representative – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team on a full‑time basis. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify prospects, and support daily administrative tasks for our air‑duct cleaning, HVAC, and insulation services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning and HVAC solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination across departments.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently from a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email and phone communication tools.
