About the role

The Retail Sales Manager will lead the fashion retail business, shaping and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth across multiple channels. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with marketing, production, and supply‑chain teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that supports the company’s growth targets.
• Build, mentor, and manage high‑performing sales teams across all retail channels.
• Design and lead B2B distribution initiatives, onboarding new partners and expanding the partner network.
• Drive retail expansion through new stores, franchises, and shop‑in‑shop concepts.
• Own revenue targets, monitor performance metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and product mix to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail.
• Proven expertise in B2B sales and distribution.
• Demonstrated success in retail expansion projects.
• Extensive network within the fashion and retail industry.
• Strong leadership background managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience in GCC markets is a plus.
