Revenue Manager

About the role

Rixos Hotels is looking for a passionate and experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue growth across its iconic all‑inclusive luxury properties. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to optimise pricing, forecast demand and maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously refine revenue management strategies for the property.
• Maintain consistent pricing and revenue policies across all channels.
• Conduct market analysis, performance benchmarking and competitive set monitoring.
• Lead weekly/bi‑weekly revenue management meetings, presenting insights from reporting data.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for incremental profit.
• Perform regular performance reviews, adjusting pricing and inventory as needed.
• Mentor and coach junior revenue management team members.
• Collaborate with senior management, sales, finance and front‑office teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Coordinate closely with the reservations team to ensure optimal booking management.
• Drive market share growth within the competitive set.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.
• Leadership capability to mentor junior staff.
