RMC Marketing Manager

About the role

JTI is looking for an RMC Marketing Manager to own its assigned brands as a business leader in a dynamic market. The role will translate portfolio strategy into insight‑driven plans, drive growth and ensure strong commercial performance across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance of assigned brands, including volume, share, profitability and equity.
• Translate portfolio strategy into clear brand priorities and develop annual brand plans covering pricing, portfolio, communication and activation.
• Track and drive KPIs such as volume, share‑of‑market, equity, distribution and ROI; identify risks and opportunities and take corrective actions.
• Partner with Consumer Insights to turn market data into actionable growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Deliver best‑in‑class execution across retail, digital and activation touchpoints, defining standards and ensuring consistent delivery.
• Act as the brand’s voice across Marketing & Sales, aligning priorities with Trade, Sales Planning and execution teams, and liaising with Legal, Corporate Affairs, R&D and regional functions.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand/portfolio management, pricing and market analysis.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
