Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver the ultimate customer service experience in line with MAGRABi standards. You will build positive relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend the best products and services to satisfy those needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain MAGRABi standards by following dress code, floor attitude, sales policies, and code of conduct.
• Identify customer requirements using MAGRABi selling procedures, present product options, and discuss promotions.
• Follow up on customer requests with relevant stakeholders to ensure promises are fulfilled.
• Contribute to stock accuracy and product safety, reporting issues and variances.
• Handle invoicing through the system to support efficient sales tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor personal sales performance against monthly targets and address any shortfalls.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of retail experience; optical expertise is a plus.
• Customer service orientation, initiative, and achievement focus.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate organizational commitment, and adapt flexibly.
• Analytical thinking and willingness to work with others.
