About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector. The successful candidate will promote our air, ocean, land transport and customs clearance services, building relationships with exporters and importers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with exporters and importers.
- Promote company services across air freight, ocean freight, land transport and customs clearance.
- Generate leads through cold calling, visits and networking.
- Prepare competitive quotations in collaboration with operations and pricing teams.
- Negotiate rates, terms and service agreements with clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed shipments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 1–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding.
- Existing client base in the logistics sector is a plus.
