About the role

EGYPROPERTY is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Commercial Sales Manager/Property Consultant to join its team in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving property sales, building lasting client relationships, and delivering top‑notch customer service within Egypt’s vibrant real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial property sectors.
• Develop and execute sales plans and business strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property options, market trends, and investment potential.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable deals for both clients and the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and sales management, preferably within real estate.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
