About the role
Aswaq Developments is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales function for its commercial and mall projects. The role focuses on driving revenue, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence across key districts such as El Shrouk and El Obour.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for premium commercial and mall developments.
- Lead a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.
- Identify and nurture relationships with developers, investors, and tenants.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of sales commitments.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and construction teams to align project timelines with sales activities.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of proven experience in real‑estate development companies.
- Strong background in commercial and mall projects, preferably with exposure to El Shrouk or El Obour.
- Demonstrated success in sales management roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
