Sales Representative – Distribution Sector

About the role

Tawzeea is looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Representative to lead distribution sales across retailers, bookstores, stationery shops, wholesalers and key accounts. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new retail and wholesale accounts while expanding the existing customer base.
• Conduct regular field visits according to an approved route plan and present product ranges, promotions and new launches.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at customer locations.
• Build long‑term partnerships, handle inquiries, complaints and service requests, and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Track orders, delivery status and follow up on collections in line with company credit policies.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather market feedback and report trends to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Valid driving licence preferred and ability to travel for field visits.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative in a distribution company.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, opening new accounts and managing customer relationships.
• Experience selling to bookstores, stationery retailers, office‑supply stores, wholesalers, educational institutions and both modern and traditional trade channels.
• Existing network within the Egyptian market is a strong advantage.
