Sea Logistics Pricing Specialist

About the role

As a Sea Logistics Pricing Specialist you will join the Sea Logistics Trade & Pricing team at Kuehne+Nagel. You will be responsible for handling export sea freight pricing requests and RFQs, ensuring that quotations are accurate, competitive and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate export sea freight quotations for regular and spot pricing requests.
• Handle incoming pricing requests according to regional and local trade processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with overseas offices to obtain international freight rates and local charges.
• Work with Trade Management to align pricing with market conditions and carrier strategies.
• Utilise pricing systems and tools to deliver high‑quality quotations.
• Support carrier negotiations in coordination with Trade Management.
• Assess routing options and profitability to maximise commercial performance.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues to contribute to team success.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, sea logistics, or pricing/RFQ handling.
• Strong knowledge of sea logistics products with solid commercial and market awareness.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
