Senior Architect Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect Engineer to lead our architectural design team and deliver high‑quality, innovative design packages for large‑scale projects. The role involves overseeing the full design process, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineers, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design team in creating comprehensive and accurate design packages.
• Oversee schematic design and working drawing stages, providing innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve design conflicts and integrate architectural elements.
• Review and approve design deliverables, including drawings, presentations, and specifications.
• Provide technical support to resolve complex design challenges.
• Manage and review subcontractor design submissions for compliance with project goals.
• Prepare and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to design.
• Maintain alignment with project schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Foster collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (master’s degree or specialization is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and coordination on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
