About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead constructability reviews and support design modifications for large‑scale construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with design consultants and the design manager to ensure that all technical documentation meets project standards.

Key responsibilities

Carry out constructability review during the Design and Modification stages.
Review design consultant submittals promptly and forward comments to the Design Manager.
Ensure design consultants incorporate feedback from previous stages.
Review tender documents for completeness before issuing them to bidders.
Participate in the pre‑qualification of construction contractor lists.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
10+ years of relevant experience in architecture design and construction.
Strong understanding of site execution.
Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
