Senior Architectural Design Engineer

About the role

The Senior Architectural Design Engineer will lead the development of architectural concepts through detailed design, ensuring coordination across disciplines and compliance with codes, BIM standards and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through schematic and detailed design stages.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, Revit models, construction documents, details, schedules and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design and other disciplines, managing multidisciplinary clashes.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, authority regulations, client standards and BIM protocols.
• Review architectural materials, finishes, specifications and construction details.
• Manage client, consultant and authority comments, lead design submissions and technical review meetings.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and monitor project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 10‑15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and coordination.
• Ability to acquire updated technical skills and plan career development.
• Proven capability to deliver tasks on schedule, manage resources efficiently and report progress.
• Strong problem‑solving, quality control and business process improvement skills.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance.
