Senior Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design of precast and post‑tensioned structures for projects across Egypt and the Gulf region. The role combines high‑level structural design with detailed BIM‑based modelling throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise precast and post‑tensioned structural solutions for a variety of construction projects.
• Produce accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for design, fabrication and erection phases.
• Prepare General Arrangement (GA), fabrication and erection drawings in line with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian codes and, where applicable, Saudi regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design activities and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in precast and post‑tensioned structural design.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian construction codes; Saudi experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in precast detailing and BIM workflows.
• Excellent coordination, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
