Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

PepsiCo’s Global Design team is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead brand design projects for the Foods & Snacks Group. You will work closely with brand, insight, media, e‑commerce and engineering teams to translate ideas into high‑impact visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive brand design strategy and graphic design projects from concept through production.
• Own the visual identity of food and beverage brands, creating proposals, scenarios and concepts.
• Collaborate with design managers, brand teams and global designers to ensure consistency across product portfolios.
• Participate in research, translate customer insights into actionable design requirements, and deliver solutions for social media and digital channels.
• Drive design decisions, secure approvals and guide artwork through production phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of brand design experience.
• Strong design taste and the ability to turn briefs into compelling illustrations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with uncertainty.
• Curiosity and passion for all aspects of design.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• 3D design software (a plus).
• Design AI tools.
