Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to lead end‑to‑end internal audits across our manufacturing operations, identify control gaps, and drive improvements in efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document internal audits and fieldwork.
• Analyze and map current business processes (As‑Is).
• Develop audit plans, risk‑control matrices (RCMs) and working papers.
• Report findings with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor implementation.
• Support audit reporting and manage audit timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–6 years of audit experience, including at least 2 years in internal audit.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CMA or CPA (preferred or candidate).
• Minimum two years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Required skills

• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
