Senior Landscape Architect & Urban Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect & Urban Designer to lead the design of diverse urban and landscape projects. The role involves integrating master planning, grading, and detailed landscape environments for high‑profile infrastructure and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of detailed landscape designs and integrated master plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Prepare master‑plan grading, topographical data analysis, and BIM models.
• Produce ministerial decree drawings and technical reports for urban and landscape design.
• Develop and update landscape details, urban design frameworks, and Bills of Quantities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, roads, and architecture teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or related field (MSc advantageous).
• 6–8 years of experience in landscape and urban design/planning engineering.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise junior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD and Civil 3D for master‑plan grading.
• Photoshop; InDesign (advantage).
• Revit BIM for landscape architecture and urban design.
• ArcGIS for spatial analysis.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
