Senior Precast Structural Engineer (ABS)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Precast Structural Engineer to lead the design and analysis of advanced precast concrete, aluminum façade, and steel structures for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyze sophisticated structural designs for precast concrete, aluminum façade, and steel systems using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and Revit Structure.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports to meet local, national, and international building codes and obtain regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and BIM teams to integrate structural solutions and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and resolve design or construction issues.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in structural analysis and design of precast concrete, aluminum façade, and steel structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, and technical submissions.
• Experience coordinating design requirements with architectural, BIM, production, and site teams.
