About the role

The Planning and Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects at Nawy Unlocked. This senior position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, define goals and deliverables, and organize resources.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and feedback.
• Estimate, manage, and track project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Evaluate project performance, implement efficiency improvements, and document outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience managing complex construction projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are highly valued.
