Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Decima International is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead professional and niche hiring across global markets, with a primary focus on MENA operations. You will act as a strategic partner to the TA Lead, driving complex hiring mandates and building high‑quality talent pipelines in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level technical and non‑technical roles across engineering, project management, commercial and other functions.
• Manage hiring across multiple regions including GCC, MENA and international markets while meeting aggressive timelines.
• Lead proactive talent mapping, headhunting and advanced sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and external databases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenge requirements, and ensure market‑aligned hiring decisions.
• Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data accuracy, pipeline visibility and process efficiency.
• Develop long‑term talent pipelines aligned with business growth and partner with leadership on workforce planning.
• Strengthen Decima’s employer brand and deliver a professional candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong focus on professional or niche hiring.
• Proven track record in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple regions, preferably in the MENA region.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leadership.
