About the role
MOSHNEB, a luxury bronze brand, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment efforts in Cairo, Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape the company’s hiring strategy, strengthen employer branding, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans.
- Maintain a seamless and efficient recruitment process, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring practices.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in full‑life‑cycle recruiting with strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience designing and implementing employer branding strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management and cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technologies.
