About the role
We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to join our remote team and turn WhatsApp chats and phone calls into confirmed travel bookings. The role focuses on B2C sales for the GCC market, leveraging your expertise in destinations, hotels, and travel packages to drive revenue in 2024‑2025.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via WhatsApp and phone, building trust quickly.
- Present and sell travel packages, tailoring options to client preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned period.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, hotels, and promotional offers.
- Document interactions and bookings accurately in the company system.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a travel sales expert in the GCC market.
- Demonstrated record of strong B2C sales results in 2024‑2025.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
- Experience handling sales calls and managing client relationships.
