Site Engineer

About the role

Agha Design House is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to lead interior finishing and fit‑out projects in 6th of October City. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the technical office and works closely with the design team to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site work execution to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, quality control, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries on the construction site.
• Coordinate with the technical office and design team for clarifications and monitor project timelines.
• Resolve site issues promptly, provide efficient problem‑solving, and maintain professional communication with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior finishing and fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management, construction materials, and finishing details.
• Proven leadership, organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
