About the role
National Glass is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise its end‑to‑end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for aligning supply chain strategies with the company’s objectives and driving efficiency across procurement, logistics and distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and demand planning processes.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Optimise costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyse data and generate reports to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Required skills
- SAP (ERP system) experience.
