Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Camunda is looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical advisor for its strategic enterprise customers in the MEA region. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle of Camunda adoption, ensuring they realise measurable business value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for designated enterprise accounts, overseeing the entire Camunda adoption journey.
• Develop and execute tailored technical adoption plans that maximise business outcomes.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, best‑practice recommendations and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders from onboarding through ongoing operations.
• Conduct platform health checks, identify execution risks, manage escalations and champion customer needs internally.
• Collaborate closely with Camunda’s Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to drive scalable outcomes.
• Spend on‑site with key accounts for milestone interactions (up to 50 % of time during busy periods) to deepen relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as a technical advisor for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to build lasting relationships and accelerate customer outcomes.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple functional teams and navigating complex technical challenges.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Camunda platform.
• Knowledge of process orchestration concepts.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled automation workflows.
