About the role
We are seeking a Technical Office Architect to join our team. This full‑time role manages the technical aspects of architectural projects, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings and technical details.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Support site teams with accurate technical documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar technical office role.
- Strong background in fit‑out, finishing, and technical detailing.
- Experience handling project paperwork such as IRs and MIRs.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with other architectural software.
