Technical Trainer – Housekeeping (Facility Management)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer specialized in Housekeeping to design and deliver high‑quality technical and vocational training programs for frontline staff in the Facility Management (FM) sector. The role combines classroom instruction, on‑site coaching, and competency assessment to raise service quality, safety and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver classroom and on‑site housekeeping training sessions.
• Assess employee competency and provide feedback to ensure mastery of SOPs.
• Support onboarding of new staff and reinforce compliance with company standards.
• Develop and update training materials, competency‑based curricula and assessment tools.
• Monitor training outcomes, generate reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Training of Trainers (TOT) certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Facility Management industry and at least 1 year operational housekeeping experience within FM.
• Previous experience as a Technical Trainer, Senior Housekeeping Supervisor or Training Coordinator is an advantage.
• Experience delivering vocational, competency‑based training to large blue‑collar workforces, preferably in multinational FM companies.
