Telesales Agent

About the role
The Telesales Agent will generate new business by contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships that drive repeat sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to create qualified sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assess customer requirements and match them with appropriate product offerings.
- Achieve or surpass defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM system and keep data up‑to‑date.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree.
