Training Executive

About the role

Wego is looking for a Training Executive to design, deliver and continuously improve learning programs for its Customer Experience agents. You will be responsible for the full training lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to upskilling seasoned staff, ensuring agents have the product knowledge, system fluency and soft‑skill expertise needed to provide outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing learning sessions for new and existing agents, covering product, system, process and soft‑skill topics.
• Teach travel‑specific tools and procedures, including GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Galileo), booking systems, cancellations, refunds and disruption handling.
• Provide post‑training coaching, feedback and quality‑assurance support, monitoring performance during the nesting period.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases and reporting on training effectiveness.
• Develop structured training plans, curricula and schedules for classes of up to 25 participants.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Product and Workforce Management to align learning with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for customer‑facing teams.
• Strong ability to translate product and process updates into clear learning materials.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on empathy and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and adapt training to peak‑season and crisis scenarios.
